PT. INTAN SENGKUNYIT is a privately owned company based in Palembang - South Sumatra, a subsidiary of The Nugra Santana Group specializing in Shipbuilding, Ship Repair, and various heavy steel constructions.

Founded in 1974, we are among the pioneers of the Indonesian shipbuilding industry.Our facilities are fully equipped for building new vessels up to 6.500 DWT and ship repairs up to 4.200 DWT, along with other constructions and fabrications.

Strategically situated at the edge of Kemaro strait of Musi River, our site connects directly to the Java Sea, giving us efficiency in serving clients operating within the Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java and also Singapore region.

Over the course of three decades, we have succesfully built, launched, and delivered over 96 units of various vessels such as barges, tugboats, tankers, and cargo vessels. we have also been active in performing ship repair, maintenance, docking, barge and vessel conversion, scraping of old vessels, and tank coating.

Today, through the guidance and cooperation of the Indonesian Government, PT. INTAN SENGKUNYIT has greatly contributed in the development of the nation's domestic shipping industry.
